“A Walk on the Wild Side” was developed and produced in Australia by Catsize Entertainment and digitally mastered by Sony Music Australia.
This is the first professionally produced DVD designed not only to fascinate cats but also be aesthetically pleasing for humans — with particular attention to detail in terms of content and technical quality.
It’s available on DVD and VHS and features an originally recorded mellow woodwind soundtrack performed by Susan Christie, along with authentic nature sounds.
While cats generally get the physical exercise they need, “A Walk on the Wild Side” aims to provide much needed mental stimulation that results in happier cats and therefore better relationships with their human friends.
Cats respond to different animals — some like birds, others prefer mice, fish or crickets. This DVD features an interactive component that allows you to select specific animal sequences. These segments will loop continuously (as does the main program), allowing ongoing entertainment.
